These dolls are a great choice for little girls AND little boys. In our society, we’ve somehow decided that boys are not “allowed” to play with dolls, and that little girls should only play with girl dolls. This upsets me greatly. My nephew loves to play with his sister’s dolls, so why should he not have a doll of his own? Dolls teach children how to be gentle, empathetic, and affectionate – all traits that either gender can benefit from developing.
